Providing existing customers with a consistent supply of quality cannabis must take priority over winning new contracts, ECS Botanics managing director Nan-Maree Schoerie has said, as she warned of the dangers of over-stretching the firm’s resources.
She told shareholders that even though new contracts would “drive up the share price”, ECS risked losing business if it was unable to deliver to existing customers.
